Neurological Physiotherapy
Neurological physiotherapy supports people with conditions affecting the brain, spinal cord or nervous system. Rehabilitation focuses on movement, balance, coordination, strength and greater independence in daily activities.
Home-Based Physiotherapy
Provides physiotherapy at home for patients who have difficulty travelling regularly to HOPE centre, including patients recovering from stroke, surgery or reduced mobility, with sessions planned around the patient's home environment and safety.
Pre/Post Surgical Physiotherapy
Includes physical preparation before surgery and structured protocols to rebuild movement, strength and functional independence during recovery, with each programme adapted to the patient's procedure, goals and recovery progress.
Speech Therapy
Supporting effective communication, speech, language, voice and swallowing abilities across all age groups. Helping individuals express themselves with confidence and clarity.
Woman's Health Physiotherapy
Specialised care for women across every stage of life, including pregnancy, post-partum recovery, pelvic floor health, menopause and musculoskeletal conditions. Our therapy helps reduce pain, restore function and improve overall well-being and quality of life.
Geriatric Physiotherapy
Supports older adults experiencing arthritis, reduced mobility, balance difficulties, Parkinson’s disease or recovery after joint replacement. Treatment focuses on strength, movement, fall risk and everyday independence.
Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy
Supports people with cardiac, circulatory or respiratory conditions through breathing exercises, airway-clearance techniques, graded activity and endurance training. Includes improving overall circulation in individuals suffering from varicose veins, ulcers and poor circulation in lower limbs. Where appropriate, cardiac rehabilitation physiotherapy exercises are planned around the patient’s clinical needs and physical capacity.
Occupational Therapy
Empowering individuals to perform everyday activities with greater independence and confidence. Therapists enhance motor, sensory, cognitive and functional skills to improve quality of life.

Special Education
Individualised learning programs designed to help children overcome developmental and learning challenges. We nurture academic, social and life skills in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Matrix Rhythm Therapy
Matrix Rhythm Therapy uses externally applied mechanical oscillations to stimulate cells, improve circulation, reduce pain and enhance tissue healing. Beneficial for patients recovering from injury, surgery or chronic conditions.
Shock Wave Therapy
Uses acoustic waves directed through the skin and may be considered for selected persistent tendon and soft-tissue conditions following clinical assessment, supporting pain relief and tissue healing as part of an active rehabilitation plan.
Robotic Assisted Therapy
Uses robotic-assisted technology to support guided, repetitive movement practice during neurological and mobility rehabilitation. Treatment settings and progress can be adjusted according to the patient’s ability.
Dry Needling
Uses sterile, fine needles to address selected myofascial trigger points. It may form part of trigger point therapy alongside exercise, movement retraining and other physiotherapy interventions.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping treatment uses suction cups on the skin and may be included within a broader physiotherapy plan to address muscle tightness or discomfort when clinically appropriate.
Early Intervention
The early intervention program supports children aged 0 to 3 years with developmental delays or developmental concerns. Assessment may cover gross motor, fine motor, sensory, communication and cognitive development.
Autism Intervention Program
Provides individualised support across attention, communication, imitation, social and play skills. Based on the child’s needs, the program may combine occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech therapy, behaviour modification and special education.
Special Learning Difficulties Program
Uses individualised teaching strategies to help children experiencing difficulties with attention, reading, writing, comprehension, academic participation and related learning skills
Fall Prevention Program
The fall prevention program helps older adults identify and reduce fall risks through balance assessment, strength training, mobility exercises and practical home-safety guidance.
Wellness Program
Our wellness physiotherapy programme uses Matrix Rhythm Therapy, individualised exercise and movement guidance to help people maintain strength, mobility, balance and physical function.
Oncology Physiotherapy
Oncology physiotherapy supports individuals throughout their cancer journey, from pre-surgical preparation through active treatment and survivorship. Therapy may help manage fatigue, swelling, joint stiffness and pain while supporting strength, flexibility and overall function.
Aquatic Therapy
Aquatherapy uses the buoyancy and resistance of water to support low-impact exercise with reduced weight-bearing demands. It can help patients practise movement, balance and strengthening in a supported environment.
Vestibular Physiotherapy
Vestibular physiotherapy helps retrain the brain and inner ear to work together, reducing dizziness and unsteadiness. Treatment may include canalith repositioning, gaze stabilisation exercises and balance training to support steadier movement and daily confidence.
